2011  Maine Samboree VENDOR APPLICANTS

Your presence is a vital element of our Maine Samborees!  We encourage you to arrive early in the week to set up for business prior to the weekend activities.

Simply use our Attendee Application Form.

Use the 'Chapter Parking Preference' line to indicate you are a Vendor and a brief description of your goods and/or services. (Ex: Vendor - Widgets )

Fall Samboree Application Form / Fryeburg, Maine Sept. 9 - 10 - 11, 2010

  There are no other fees for conducting commerce at our Samboree(s) other than our customary request for you to contribute an item with a retail valued at about $35 to be used as a Door Prize at this event. When these prizes are awarded we will recognize your generosity to help promote your sales efforts.

 Your submission of an application indicates your are (will be) compliant to applicable Maine Taxation Regulations.

Please Email Us advising you are sending in an application so we may have your information and incorporate it in our set up plans.

Vendors who only need an exhibit space (do not have a rig), please contact the State Director . Fees are determined on a case by case basis. (i.e. - space required, duration of set-up, relevance of business to benefit the RV lifestyle, etc.)
